No more gunning for Gilbert...

Gibert Arenas has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind. Heck, his big mouth was one of the main reasons why he got into the whole gun incident in the first place. Now that the Wizard's guard has finished his 50 game suspension and month in a halfway house, we'll finally get to see how his talkin translates to the court for the upcoming season, where the big question is how he can coexist with number one draft pick (and SJTM winner) John Wall. But before the season starts, commisioner David Stern has already threw his hat into the ring in an attempt to mute the current aura of Agent Zero. Today, he advised Arenas and the Washington Wizards to not bring up Arenas' felony gun possession in an attempt to hasten the repairing of Arenas' image with the general public. It's anyone's guess as to whether Gilbert will comply with Stern's request. On the one hand, I can see Arenas using it towards other players as an intimidating reminder of what he's capable of. But on the other hand, I'm thinking (hoping) that Gilbert has to have some common sense and realize that talking about keeping guns in a locker room is not a good way to stay in the NBA and close out his career.
