Wednesday at batting practice, the Astros pulled a prank on pitcher Bud Norris and drove his ’97 Acura onto the field. Although the Astros aren’t saying who the actual driver was, I think he should stand up and claim that stunt. I mean, if the car had happened to get hit during practice, would it have really been that much of a loss? I think we can all agree they would have been doing Norris a favor.
Norris claimed afterwards he has been thinking about buying a new car, anyways, and wasn’t mad about the joke. "I thought it was funny," he said. "We'll go with it. It's fun."
