Rumors are swirling around the D that Ilitch might be going for the trifecta and is considering buying the Pistons. Reportedly Ilitch, who already owns the Tigers and the Wings, would move the Pistons out of their current home in the Palace in Auburn Hills, MI and build a new facility in downtown Detroit for the Wings and Pistons to share. Whether or not the rumors are true has yet to be confirmed.
