Former Utah Jazz center, Robert Whaley was arrested last night in Utah after skipping out on his probation in MI and being suspected of gang activity. Reports indicate that a gang squad pulled a car, in which Whaley was a passenger, over after suspecting they were involved in gang activity.

Here is the kicker, when he was taken into custody he had ganja in his ass cheeks. Were you really still gonna smoke that?!
